Comfortable room but had issues

I stayed one night in a King non-smoking room. The place was decent and the mattress was comfy, but I got barely 4 hours of sleep. It was super noisy with folks running in the hall. Breakfast was ok, though the turkey sausage was dry. A bit disorganized overall.

The outside of the property is appealing, and the lobby features nice decorations. However, there were issues with the room, notably a mildew stain on a blanket and rusty screws on the toilet seat. The bed height was inconvenient, making it hard to get in and out after nighttime trips to the bathroom. While the breakfast items like scrambled eggs and sausage were well-stocked, the quality left much to be desired, as the hash browns were cold and undercooked.

This was an ideal choice for a short weekend trip in Schaumburg at a reasonable price. The staff went above and beyond, making a special shuttle trip for us at 9:30 PM. Consider asking for shuttle service ahead of time for convenience.
